Terms and Conditions
1. BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
All booking for tours, treks and expeditions must be made by 30% - 50% advance payments and balance completed before the starts of the trip. Payments may be made in Indian rupees (INR), Foreign currencies (USD, EURO, etc) by cash and Bank Drafts or online Bank Transfer. Company Bank Account and details will be provided for Advance Deposition.
2. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
1. 2 months before the start of the trip - 80%
2. 1 month days before the start of the trip - 70%
3. 3 weeks before the starts of the trip - 60%
4. below 3 weeks from the start of the trip - 100%
No refund is admissible if the tour is cancelled due to civil disturbance, strike or anything beyond human control.
3. ALTERATION OF ITINERARIES
The agency reserves the right to alter or modify any of its itineraries, in the events of circumstances beyond its control.
4. CHANGE IN THE PRE BOOKED SERVICE
In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as a new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adarsh tours, treks and expedition may not adjust the cost of changed service with the cost of the original service. Such extention or alteration of the original service is subject to both adarsh tours, treks and expedition and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement mountain tours and treks commitment is limited to the service already booked. The company will try as much as possible to manage the suituation to be friendly and reliable.
5. COST FOR A STANDARD PACKAGE TOURS/TREKS WOULD INCLUDES
(1) Meals for each member of the group as per meal plan given in the package itinerary. (2) All accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis in hotels and Camping Tents (3) Sight seeing as per itinerary (4) All transportation to and from NJP / Bagdogra. For each tours and treks normally a specific "cost includes" details is given to the guests
6. PACKAGE TOURS/TREKS DOES NOT INCLUDES
Expenditure incurred on Tips, Telephone, Beverages, Travel Insurance, Laundry, Other expenses of personal nature, and any other expenses not mentioned in 'cost includes' details. For each Treks and Tours normally a specific "cost does not include" details is given to the guests.
7. PLEASE NOTE:
All adarsh tours, treks and expedition packages are customized on prior information from our guests.
Accommodations cannot be altered once booked. However we will try all our best to manage the best possible!
Adarsh tours, treks and expedition will not be responsible for Civil Disturbances, Theft, Accidents, Natural Calamities and other such Incidents beyond human control.
8. INSURANCE
The clients should make there own personal travel insurance and other necessary Insurance. Mountaineering Expeditions and Trekking Rescue by the Helicopters of Indian Air Force and Indian Army is possible only through a bank guarantee. Expedition and trekking teams are advised to deposit security amount with the Agency.
CONDITION OF DROP OUT DURING TREKS & TOURS
If for some reason a participant has to drop out from the trek or tour on any day then mountain tours and travels will make arrangements for his/her return to the nearest camp site or road head. A porter or the assistant will accompany the participant to the nearest campi site or road head. On the Goechala Trek, Dzongri Trek, Kasturi Trek, Uttarey Singalila Trek and Yambong Singalila Trek it is at Yuksam, Uttarey and Nambu where there is a motor able road however before that one has to stay at each camp site according to the given situation and condition. From Yuksam, Uttarey and Nambu you will get vehicles to nearest Airport and Railway Station. we will help to manage and arrange vehcile for you. In case of dropping out of any given treks transportation and stay cost at any location including Yuksam has to be borne by the participant.
